Adhesive and primer of TAC films | 2015.12 | The TAC protection film used for polaroid films has been changed to various films according to the request of the electronics manufacturer, but existing coating agents such as AG, SG, AF has lower adhesion with changed film, so it is necessary to develop a primer that can modify changed polaroid film to improve their adhesion. The UV curing hard coating agent applied to the Flexible Windows that is being developed to replace cover glass of TSP is a product that requires high quality and high performance and can lead the market. High Tg epoxy powder paint for DONG YANG STEEL PIPE CO., LTD | 2014.03 | As 1 layer high-Tg epoxy paint for export of Exxon Mobil(USA) of DONG YANG STEEL PIPE CO., LTD, the paint is designed to prevent damage to coating properties during transfer of fluids of 100 ℃ or higher (Glass transition temperature of 1 layer epoxy paint is 110 ℃ or higher). By localizing 3 M paint, we expect to have a smooth supply, lower cost, and increase sales. |

Currently, the electronics industry (Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and others) does not have any domestic technology of the ACF, so the entire products(ACF) is imported from Japanese companies (Hitachi Mars Industrial Company, Sony Chemical). In order to localize the materials (ACF), the research will be developed jointly by LG Innotec, the primary supplier of LG Electronics, and Chokwang paint, and it will contribute to the superiority of domestic technology and our sales expectations. |
UV-curing paint for Reinforced glass etching | 2012.01 | Reinforced glass used on the front of display devices (smart phones, LCD TVs, PDP TVs, etc.) is extremely difficult to process due to its high hardness and brittleness. Therefore, it is necessary to coat flexible organic film so that it does not break during processing, and removing film easily from alkali after processing.
